These ranges help frame the conversation. Pages, user roles, integrations, data migration and workflow complexity determine the actual quote.

Layer 03 · Ongoing options

Support that fits the job.

Monthly support is optional and separate from the build. Agree the included tasks, capacity, response expectations and minimum term before starting.

Hosting, domains, paid licences, messaging and AI/API usage are separately itemised unless explicitly included. New features and larger changes need a separate agreement.

Care: €49–€99 / month; For a small website: a defined maintenance checklist. Hosting and content edits only if agreed.
Grow: €350–€750 / month; For an evolving app: maintenance and a limited allocation for prioritised improvements.
Partner: €1,000–€2,500 / month; For ongoing development: reserved capacity, a shared backlog and regular planning.

No surprises

When hourly work makes sense

For investigation or small, uncertain changes: agree a capped time budget first. Indicative rate: €85–€110/hour. No extra hours without approval.

What we agree before starting

Scope, payment milestones, acceptance, handover, ownership and third-party costs. No mandatory subscription hidden in the project price.

Sometimes, don’t build

If an existing tool solves the problem well, use it. Custom development should improve the way you work, not add another system for its own sake.
